Growth

Membership continues to grow. The gaming crew includes members and friends. Still not as big as the Q back in the 90's but good size. This is a trip. It's the first time in our Q-history to have non-adult members. Sometimes easy to forget how young he is when he's kicking ass but I guess that's why he doesn't suffer from old age like the rest of us OTH.

*sheesh* I don't like whining much so I'll keep it short. It's bad enough I have a hard time with the damn controller. YTF are people using rapid fire controllers? Making what I thought was a cheat-free platform into another one filled with bitches!

SEESS Stuff

Here's some CSS stuff from a few years back. We were really into it for a while. Eventually, most got tired of it and moved on to other games. I pretty much quit after my video card flaked (again).


Never gave a crap about K/D until I started playing CSS and the stats were posted on-line for all to get a good laugh. :( Since then gaming (outside of Q) has been more of a chore than anything else.

Aim

My aim sux worse than ever. Must be age but I'm thinking it's the TV (size) also. I bought me one on the cheap off Craig's but still too small.

Whenever I try to target fools I get sniped, knifed, or wacked. It takes me forever to get someone lined up in my iron or red dot sights. The sniping sights help a lot but it would help a whole lot more if the screen size was big to begin with.

Anyone out there wanna donate a 40" LCD? Hmm... I gotta keep an eye out for related contests. For now I'll keep squinting and whining.

The game has a lot of +++. Certainly many posts and other web content dedicated to COD4. There's even videos on all the map hax/bugs.

My recommendation to anyone wanting to play a fun FPS is Call of Duty 4.
